Red Latch magnet — 20-lb. pull. 2in.L x 3/4in.W x 9/16in.H; overall length of back plate is 3in. with 1/4in. dia. mounting holes. This super latch magnet contains ceramic (ferrite) magnets and is capable of lifting up to 100 times its own weight. It can be attached to a dowel or board to make a small hand-held magnetic tool for picking up nails, screws, washer, etc. Highly resistant to heat. Under normal use, permanent magnetism guaranteed. NOTE: Pounds pull is rated by vertical test on 3/8in. thick ground steel plate. Pounds pull rating will be reduced if the item you wish to lift is thinner, painted or an uneven surface.
